Richard Lynch is a Seattle-based management
consultant with a variety of clients in the
United States, Canada, England, and Russia.
He works with businesses, non-profits, and
local governments on achieving more results
with less cost and effort.
Each year, Mr. Lynch speaks at approximately
150 workshops, conventions, and conferences
on topics related to personal growth and management
effectiveness. He is the author of the books
Precision Management, Getting Out
of Your Own Way, and a monograph called Developing
Your Leadership Potential. He is the co-author
of Essential Volunteer Management and Secrets
of Leadership, and is a contributor to professional
journals. His latest book, Lead!, was published
by Jossey-Bass in 1993.
Before starting his own firm in 1977, Mr.
Lynch worked for two New York based consulting
firms. He holds a Master's degree from the
University of Iowa.
